I thought to myself , How am i suppose to deal with this for the recess of my life ?.      Many time I while I am sleep, the pain of my knees wakes me up in the middle of the darkness. It is very much while it is raining or about to rain when my knees lead off to ache. I usually search to sleep throughout the night without taking any practice of medicine. However, some nights I have to take an pain conciliater. Although some medication is suppose to relieve pain it does not all shipway work for me.      My knees has too effected me with sports.
