English Has Never Been My Favorite Subject Essay - 1044 Words

I could read just fine, but when it came to reading comprehension problems I would completely blank out. I never really understood how to comprehend stories or articles until this class. You just have to understand what you are reading. Writing about literature can be a little trickier. To write three to four full pages, you must really understand what you are writing about. Therefore, you must do a lot of research. It helped me a lot to make an outline, then research to make all the points in my essay. When students peer edited my essay, it was very helpful because they pointed out mistakes that I would have never seen. They also gave me a lot of advice to lengthen my essay.
